| All reservations require a 50USD advance deposit by valid credit card 60 days prior to arrival (or today, whichever is sooner). The balance of your stay will be charged 15 days prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy: |
| Cancellations must be received 61 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty. Cancellations received between 16 and 60 days prior to arrival forfeit the advance deposit. Cancellations received within 15 days of arrival forfeit the full stay. |
