From their lanais, guests can watch humpback whales in the winter and a variety of sealife including dolphins, turtles and rays that inhabit a reef just off shore.Apartments are custom-furnished and offer massive floor to ceiling windows. Fully-equipped kitchens provide complete *at home* comfort. Daily maid service is -of course- provided.At Mahana guests can decide to do nothing more than relax by our oceanfront pools. But if more activities are desired, there is unlimited complimentary tennis on two lighted courts, snorkeling just off shore or jogging on the beach. Our activities desk can plan a complete itinerary including snorkeling adventures, golfing, sunset cruises and more. Guests have signing privileges at nearby restaurants. Shuttle service is available to the popular Whaler Shopping Village.The ResortQuest Mahana at Kaanapali - Paradise at its best. 3 day minimum stay required at property all year. *** HAWAII*S NON-SMOKING LAW *** In the interest of the good health of all our guests, employees and owners, and in compliance with the State Law Act 295, ALL ResortQuest Hawaii hotels and condominium units managed by ResortQuest Hawaii are now designated as Non-Smoking Accommodations effective immediately. ***Pool Enhancement Project*** September 24-November 28/ 2007 - Pool and Pool Deck will have a facelift, new tile in the pool and a new surface for the pool deck. THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED DURING THIS PERIOD. Work will be done Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. Most of the heavy work will be done in the first two weeks. During this period all guest arrivals will receive a special Aloha Basket including Maui Goodies. Guest activities include- Lei making Wednesday 3-4pm, Hula lessons Thursday 3-4pm and Friday Sunset Hour 5-6pm with Hawaiian music and Hula.

| All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax. |

| Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds. |
